TheONE Laughter Club offers laughter yoga activities on a regular basis.
It is mainly conducted in groups and meets once a week to provide participants with a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment, where they can laugh as much as they want for one hour and enjoy the fun of laughter yoga!
Each gathering will be held with different themes and elements, including holiday themes, brain exercises, chanting, stretching and music, making it easier for participants to get involved and gain physical, mental and spiritual benefits.
Laughter Yoga is an aerobic exercise invented by Indian doctor Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995. It combines yoga breathing, laughter exercises and children's play. It can effectively improve physical and mental health.
